Join us as a volunteer

Volunteers are the backbone of any environmental charity, with huge tree planting jobs becoming suddenly a lot more manageable thanks to the help of local volunteers.

Tree planting events run throughout planting season (October to March), then tree maintenance sessions where we do weeding, mulching, and sometimes watering if there’s a big enough drought to need it.

You can also join us for other sessions, like spreading wild flower seed, removing invasive species to make room for native species, and litter picking to avoid plastics killing our wildlife.

No special skills needed, we’ll let you know what to bring and train you up on the day. People of all ages and abilities welcome.

Corporate Volunteering

Why not escape the office and bring the whole team out to bond over beneficial work that’s great for the environment.

Many companies have come out to our tree planting days, helping us plant as many as 2,000 trees in a day. Get some photos for your blog and social media, and give back to your local area. Our experts will teach you all everything you need to know, what to bring, and give you advice on how to get to your closest event with the lowest emissions possible.
